By accessing Open-GC you agree to the following conditions. Please read them carefully.

Purpose. This service is a casual, anonymous chat built solely for recreation, friendly conversation, and making global friends. It is not a medium for anything serious, commercial, or official.
Nothing is taken seriously. Treat all content as entertainment only. Do not escalate, personalise, or act upon anything you read here. Emotional responses are your own responsibility.
You are solely responsible. You alone are responsible for everything you post, send, share, or do through this service — including any legal consequences. We are not responsible for your conduct.
No illegal activity. Do not post, solicit, request, or share anything illegal under any applicable law. If you write or share anything illegal, that is entirely on you, and we are not responsible.

If you feel threatened. Do not engage. Simply change your username (available anytime in the app) to disengage, or leave the chat. Walking away is the recommended response.
Use at your own risk. This service is provided "as-is" for entertainment, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, harm, or damage arising from your use of the service or from the conduct of other users.

How to Use This Service Safely

Stay anonymous. Do not use your real name, do not reveal where you live, work, or study, and do not send photos of yourself or others that could identify anyone.
Never share personal data. Keep out your phone number, address, email, school, workplace, date of birth, and any identity documents or financial information.
Disengage, don't escalate. If someone is hostile or threatening, do not argue. Change your username or leave. Your safety and peace of mind come first.
Keep it fun. This chat exists to remove online frustration and connect you with friendly people worldwide. Keep your messages light, kind, and respectful.
Remember nothing is permanent here. Messages auto-delete after 2 hours. Even so, treat everything you write as public — never write anything you would not want seen.
Do not act on others' claims. Anyone can say anything. Treat all claims as unverified and do not act on links, requests, or information from strangers.
We do not store or track you. There are no accounts beyond a username and password of your choosing. No emails, no tracking. But you remain responsible for what you say.
